We wanted to create an atypical place with the scent of travel, and discovery, in the spirit that has certainly always animated our great discoverers like Marco Polo or like Lapérouse, an Albigensian explorer chosen by Louis XVI for an expedition across the world. to complement the findings of James Cook.

Embark at the Cascarbar for a journey where you just have to let yourself be transported comfortably seated on the terrace, in the restaurant, at the bar or in the small lounge in a decor with a fragrance from elsewhere, but in tune with the times. A soothing atmosphere where, according to our customers, you feel at home. We take you far, with monkey statues that illuminate you, bamboos and panoramic wallpapers reminiscent of a plant garden and a distant life scene with birds and exotic plants as well as reproductions of naturalist boards.

This decor, we made it to measure with the architect Nigel White, who perfectly felt the spirit that has animated us from the beginning.
